You'll never be entered into a mailing list without your consent...and we'll always make it easy for you to unsubscribe if we ever implement something like that, which we have not done at the time of this writing.

We are currently using Paypal as our payment gateway for our online store. Paypal is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Ebay. Their entire system is 128bit encrypted. Tough to beat. Additionally, you are not required to have or open a Paypal account to have your order processed.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order.

RETURNS
Our products are 100% guaranteed from defects for a period of one calendar year. In the very unlikely event something goes wrong with our product, just let us know what happened and send us the product with proof of purchase date. Once we determine that the product was defective we will send you another one at no cost to you! Of course if we determine that the problem is a result of your own abuse or normal wear and tear, then we will just have to see what Mr. Coozie says. And believe us when we say this - Mr. Coozie does not like product abusers!
